- To enrich the lives of individuals with disabilities through sports and recreation,
- provide opportunities to pursue a variety of recreational activities,
- support and encourage participation in sports and recreation,
- introduce a life long activity to individuals often marginalized by society and denied recreational opportunities,
- encourage safety, fun, and learning.
