Ski Apache Disabled Skiers Program relies on many volunteers and it is always a positive experience when volunteering with the program. SADSP is more than a sports program but a place where lives are transformed, for both students and volunteers.  Volunteers can serve as a coach on the mountain or can assist off the snow by helping students to get their gear and equipment in the office or by helping at fundraisers and events off the mountain.

If you would like to volunteer one day, weekly, or for the whole season please contact our office.

• Able to ski/snowboard a Blue run in control
• Good sense of humor
• Desire to learn and help others
• Commit one day per week in January and February

• We will train you to assist another coach with a student. 
• As our way of saying “Thank you”, volunteers who commit to 10 days of working on the mountain (training days count) can purchase a Ski Apache Ski Pass at half price.
• Be on the receiving end of handshakes, hugs and smiles
• Improve your own skiing or snowboarding
• Assist people with disabilities in attaining their potential
• Take time out of your life, and make a difference
• Have fun! It’s infectious and can spread
